Please note that the reminder Service calculates your appointment date from the exact moment you enroll into the Service. Therefore, it is important you enroll the exact day of your appointment or the following date to obtain an accurate SMS REMINDER. You are solely and exclusively responsible of the data you include into the Service.
Amgen will have no access to your personal information; we will only obtain statistical information on the usage of the Service to try to improve it.
Amgen and any third party acting on its behalf will implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of the personal information processed, always in accordance with applicable Data Protection regulations.
Your personal data will be hosted in servers duly secured and located in the United States of America or other countries, which might not have a comparable level of data protection to the country you live in. To change/correct your mobile number you should: opt-out from your mobile number you’d like to change – if you have access to it - and opt-in again from your new mobile number on the day of your next Prolia injection.
Your personal information will be retained as long as it is necessary for the provision of the Service or to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
